“Joanna Hazelton saved the day. I purchased a Duramax 10 X 8 Woodbridge shed from Jacks Sheds in February but was only in a position to assemble it in June. I needed some replacement roof fixings to complete the assembly. The instructions said contact Duramax directly for replacement or damages parts. After many emails to Duramax over a week I had no response. However after speaking to Joanne on a Friday I received the replacement parts in the post the following Tuesday excellent customer service. The shed is good and was easy to assemble by two people. The only criticism I have is the plastic door handles and the manufacturers customer service.”

“ROWLINSON PLASTIC TALL STORE. Arrived on time. Great product and straightforward assembly. Totally weatherproof and looks really good too. Many thanks to Jo, who was brilliant throughout.
