“Jo was extremely helpful when the manufacturer had missed out some fixings from our log cabin. She responded to all emails very quickly and managed to get them shipped from the manufacturer within a few days.”

“Very happy with the customer service and timescales for delivery, especially given the lockdown. However, PLEASE reduce your use of polystyrene packaging. There are so many alternatives to this vile stuff. Polystyrene was recently reclassified as probably carcinogenic by the WHO and a styrene gas leak killed around a dozen poor folk in India in May. Styrene is a menace in the environment. I'd rate 5 if I hadn't received a huge delivery of polystyrene.”

“Despite the delay with the product from the manufacturer I found Jo at Jack's Garden Store extremely helpful. Great customer service and once the product had arrived it was exactly what we hoping for. I would definitely recommend their service and I would have no hesitation ordering from them again in the future. Many thanks”

“Love the gazebo BUT would’ve appreciated assembly instructions in a larger print-a bit too small for oldies like me! My only gripe is with the delivery. One of the parts of the gazebo was broken-in transit I guess, because I doubt you would’ve sent the item out in that condition. This would’ve been obvious to the driver. He delivered early in the morning and didn’t try to make contact so we couldn’t inspect it or we would’ve refused to accept the delivery. Let’s you down”

“A well-designed website makes ordering easy. I ordered a log store and it arrived fairly quickly. As I live in the Scottish Highlands it has been handled by several couriers and was slightly damaged. But they had supplied three extra nails and I was able to reattach the parts that had separated. The end result is a good, weatherproof log store for a hundred quid. Even here the delivery was included.”

“Delighted with our purchase although delivery was delayed. Great customer communication which helped us through and great product once it arrived. A small part was missing but this was sent out first class immediately so came the next day. Would definitely order from them again!”

“I have been searching for Nardi garden set for 4 seater with 120cm table for some time this was the only site with availability and reasonable price. The order was easy and straight forward and I am very happy with that. The delivery was very quick too but I was not notified of delivery time or communication from the actual provider it's turned up luckily my neighbour was around to take it in. Also where in the delivery stated that check your items to ensure all in satisfactory I don't think this is possible as the items all well packed you will not see it until everything is unpacked. I can recommend Jacks Garden store.”
