“I wasn't happy with the spectacles I was sent as the markings were different from the ones I tried on in the showroom. This problem was quickly rectified and I am now satisfied with the replacement ones. I would definitely recommend IOLLA to friends.”

“Excellent service and very good frames. Having read the measurements I was worried that they might be too small - but they weren't. Is there some way of giving clearer measurements ? maybe it was my fault. Very pleasant staff and e mails and quick dispatch and arrival and excellent price.”

“As usual, the Iolla staff were helpful and friendly. A slight problem. My new glasses tend to slip dow my nose, so I will take then to the shop tomorrow to have this fixed.”

“Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Great range of frames and staff allow customers plenty of time to try on. Glasses were delivered just over a week after ordering. My husband’s glasses needed some adjustment and he received excellent assistance in Glasgow West End showroom. Very pleased with service overall”
