“I have a pair of iolla glasses which I love, unfortunately my dog loves them more and took them as a chew toy! Laura at the customer service line was absolutely outstanding in helping me choose a new pair from the website and placing the order as a matter of urgency. The glasses arrived super quick and are perfect....just need to hide them in a puppy proof place now! Thank you so much iolla x”

“Very helpful advisor for my appointment at the shop. I knew the style I wanted having first browsed online but went for a different colour than planned. All very quick and easy receiving glasses in the post. I love my new prescription “Bell” sun glasses”

“The showroom staff were so helpful in picking out frames and when they arrived, we discovered the prescription had been entered incorrectly. The showrooms staff and warehouse staff were amazing about fixing the prescription and had them sent back out to me in record time. So happy with the glasses and the service!”

“Following lens replacement surgery, I sent off my varifocals to have them reglazed with a polarised non precriptuin lens, so I could wear my specs as sunnies. 😎 They look awesome and only cost £50 to get changed over. I gave other glasses that I bought from Boots and they want £185 to do the same job. Erm ... no. What a waste of two lovely pair of frames. Great job, Iolla. Keeping the price real and doing a great job.”

“I now have three pair of Iolla spectacles and I am delighted with them, my only gripe is the new triangular case. If there was some way I could purchase one of the box shaped one’s I would be delighted tried both Glasgow shops to no avail, other than this it would be 5 stars.”
