“I am so pleased with my new glasses. I hadn’t had a new pair for nearly 10 years so the thought of getting a pair was a bit daunting. The staff were super helpful and gave constructive feedback on the different glasses I tried on. The glasses are such good value. I would definitely recommend them and will be getting my glasses from them again in the future (not waiting as long as 10 years next time!)”

“I found the staff at the Finnieston store to be polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to a friend as it was an enjoyable experience and I got exactly what I wanted from my second pair of Iolla glasses, which are great value for money, functional, ergonomic and aesthetically pleasing.”

“Brilliant service in the West George Street shop. The lovely guy (sorry can't remember his name!) guided me through what to do regarding trying on glasses and where to leave them to be cleaned and all the other covid guidelines in place. My friend and I felt comfortable and relaxed and were able to try on every pair I wanted and were offered information and advice on the glasses and services available. The fitting was super easy as a member of staff guided me through everything from a safe distance and made sure I knew I could contact any time if there was anything I wanted to tweak when my glasses arrived. Overall a warm, friendly and fun experience with great staff.”

“Fantastic service and great options for glasses. I haven’t felt safer in a shop during pandemic than at Iolla, they really have done an excellent job at keeping everyone safe in the shop. So happy with my glasses!”

“Great experience in shop. The guys n gals over there were very helpful and everything was very safe which is important during the times we r living in. There is such a big variety of glasses. I highly recommend them!”
