“I have used Iolla for years now and I’m never disappointed with the service. The glasses are beautiful, good quality and quick to arrive. The glasses are so affordable it makes buying extra pairs to switch up your look easier. Thank you again Iolla 🤓♥️”

“Very happy with my new specs, really reasonably priced, and great customer service. There was a very small delay with my order but I was kept informed and the complimentary chocolate sent was delicious and from another great local business - thank you!”

“I’ve bought Iolla glasses in the past and have always had a great experience in store and also love the glasses themselves. This time around, I’m happy to say that it was the same. The gentleman in the shop in Edinburgh was super friendly and helpful. My glasses arrived quickly and most importantly, the look FAB :)”

“i had a wonderful experience shopping here. the customer service assistant who helped me during my in store appointment was so helpful, she took my measurements and spoke through the process for ordering them. all the measurements in place for covid made me feel safe and the shop was very sanitary. i ordered my glasses online and the process was so simple. my glasses arrived and i’m obsessed with them, they’re gorgeous and so lightweight! i’ve gotten loads of compliments on them and the box and cloth you get with them are so cute. will definitely come here for my next pair and can’t recommend you enough!”

“I went to the Finnieston showroom in Glasgow. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful and also helped me deciding for my Smiths in Walnut tortoise after trying 10 styles that I all liked. I am absolutely loving Smiths. I received my new glasses in now time and I cannot reccomend Iolla highly enough.”

“I love IOLLA! I went to the shop in Stockbridge, and I'd love to give a shout-out to the team there, they are nice and helpful, my face doesn't accomodation glasses or at least I thought until they helped me find a pair that was suitable for me. The customer service calls and delivery are also very good. I'd recommend it to anyone in need of glasses.”

“Altogether a great experience. Friendly, helpful, attentive but not pushy staff, with a straightforward Covid management system in place. I've worn specs for almost 60 years; I know what I'm talking about. Choosing frames was always anxiety provoking. The increasingly outrageous expense of decent, fashionable frames, plus varifiocal lenses, often spoiled the pleasure of new frames. How wonderful to finally put an end to all that! YAY!”

“Fantastic service from your Stockbridge location. Staff gave good advice and helped me decide on my first pair of prescription sunglasses from yourselves - initially bought a pair of prescription glasses at the beginning of the year. Made me feel comfortable and definitely worth a visit! If I was better at taking selfie’s, I would send a photo in!”

“The team at Iolla were absolutely lovely. The store is set up safely, the team facilitates a wonderful and comfortable try-on experience, and they gave me honest feedback with regards to which frames would best suit my (very high) rx! Can't recommend this store enough, and the frames are top notch.”
