“Such good customer service. I had a few questions prior to ordering my glasses which were addressed promptly and my order was delivered fairly quickly considering I ordered 2 pairs of prescription glasses. Love them both and will be back to buy my 5th pair before long!”

“Lovely staff. Especially Megan in Glasgow city centre who helped pick me out Paterson frames. New glasses arrived in good time and fit well. Safe and clean during COVID.”

“IOLLA have friendly, helpful staff and great choice of frames which are excellent value. I had a problem with my varifocals at first but the Edinburgh shop staff and customers service were extremely good and remedied the problem as soon as they could. I would very happily recommend IOLLA.”

“It's my third pair of glasses from Iolla and I honestly don't have a single bad thing to say about them - quality is amazing for the price, and they have the most stylish frames I've seen in any Edinburgh shop! Staff are knowledgeable and always make me feel so welcome in the Stockbridge showroom. Last time I was in I had to give my glasses away for their 'refresh' service and had to wear my old glasses for a time. I didn't appreciate the difference in prescription would give me headaches so after a day I called Iolla asking how long it would take to get my new glasses. They said it usually takes 10 days but they would speak to their supplier and see if the process could be sped up. And to my surprise my new glasses arrived after only 3 days! It was absolutely my fault not realising wearing my old glasses for a couple of days would be so uncomfortable so I really appreciate that Iolla were so understanding and tried to help! This is what it's like to deal with a small business that genuinely cares!”
