“Sent 3 pairs of glasses plus 1 pair of shades all to be changed due to new prescription - whole process took 10 days, fantastic service and was kept up to date by the staff. Will continue to use.”

“Received my new sunglasses from IOLLA. Great service and felt very safe during these weird times, cleanliness and safety was high priority. Glasses were sent out by post within a couple of weeks and I just LOVE them! Great service and great price.”

“Can't recommend Iolla enough!! Went to the shop in Finnieston and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I came in with styles I liked online but ended up with 2 completely different pairs!! Love the frames and so many styles to choose from. I'll be back to get sunglasses come the Summer time!!”

“I am genuinely really happy with the whole experience related to getting my IOLLA glasses :) From the amazing and lovely staff at the shop who were extremely helpful and very professional to getting my glasses safely delivered in post to London. At the shop lots of measurements were taken and I had zero problems when my glasses were delivered. I love them and gets lots of compliments on them. I wear Bell (Clear Crystal) :)”

“A friend recommended IOLLA and since I needed new specs I decided to give it a go and visited the Glasgow shop. All appropriate safety measures re Covid were in place and any frames I decided to try on were left out to be disinfected before replaces on the shelves. The quality and variety of frames was impressive and I found the perfect match. What floored me in the most positive way is the price tag - £75 all in. The other frames I had looked elsewhere were at least the double of that not including lenses. Quick, friendly service and the specs arrived sooner than expected. I really like them. They fit well and sit on my face well. Well chuffed. Thank you.”

“I had heard that Iolla had great service and a really good range of glasses and I was very pleased to find that was an understatement. I visited the Stockbridge branch in Edinburgh with my prescription and had a very friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant experience with the salesperson. She clearly explained the current safety measures and sanitisation, then walked me through the frame options and gave me excellent advice. The whole process was very swift and yet unrushed at the same time. And my glasses when they arrived are fantastic. Highly recommended.”

“I went to the city centre branch and everyone was super nice and helpful. I asked if the glasses could be made faster as I was moving away from the UK and the whole team was super helpful and managed to get the glasses to me several days before I moved. Literally the best customer service I've ever experienced. I love iolla and have recommended the company to several friends. Thanks to the staff in the central Glasgow store, you made my life so much easier ☺️”
