“I damaged the frame of my glasses. Iolla could not repair them but gave me a discount on new frames and returned them very quickly. I thought their service was excellent.”

“Absolutely amazing! What an experience. My previous glasses were very expensive, so when I heard that Iolla could do any prescription for £85, I couldnt believe it. I just had to see if it lived up to the hype. So I popped into the Edinburgh shop with my prescription and was blown away by the experience. The choice, the friendly service and the ease of the process made my day. Ordered glasses on Saturday, by the Tuesday I had an email saying my glasses had been sent out. Received them early the next week. They were perfect! Would certainly recommend them. The ultimate shopping experience.”

“First, they make lovely quality glasses for a good price. Secondly, two times now I have lost my glasses and they have rushed getting me a new pair, far faster than their usual lead times. Iolla are definitely my favourite opticians.”

“I've purchased sunglasses from Iolla before, but recently got prescription glasses from the shop for the firs time. My experience in the Edinburgh store was smooth. The staff member (Jay) was very friendly and helpful. They brought me various frames that matched my style description, they gave input on how the frames suited me (which I asked for), and they placed the order swiftly. Overall, my experience was really swift, the glasses didn't take long to arrive in the post, and I'm happy with the quality of the lenses and frames. I feel like I had a very positive experience at Iolla and with such a wide selection of frames, I would recommend it to anyone I know.”
