“I booked an appointment to try on glasses after lockdown. It was strange trying on glasses with a mask but the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was stuck between two different pairs and I asked a nice lady for help on which I suited best. She got all the staff to weigh in on it and it really helped. They were such a lovely bunch, and really complimentary. made me feel very welcome :)”

“Great service, got a pair of new frames and prescription sunnies for at least a 3rd of the price I’d have paid in my previous high street staple. Was such a refreshing change not to have the hard sales pitch and added extras. Both pairs are amazing quality, can’t recommend enough!”

“Excellent service - the only problem is that my new varifocals are sliding down my nose. The reason? I tried them on in the showroom whilst wearing a mask, so of *course* they stayed in the correct position ...! Next time I am in Glasgow, I'll see if they can be tightened.”

“Obsessed with my new glasses! Customer service was amazing. I mentioned when ordering that I was going on holiday in less than a week - I absolutely didn't expect them to arrive on time. The Iolla team member put a note on my order for them to be sent to me asap. I was so pleased when they arrived on time! And did I mention they are fabulous!”

“Although the first pair of glasses I bought were not a good fit the staff were great sorting out the problem Iam telling all my friends about the great service”

“Efficient service, nice packaging and the glasses were a perfect fit. (The style was slightly bigger than I anticipated but that's the risk you take buying online without trying on). I love them though and would choose Iolla again for my next pair.”
