“Amazingly warm customer service in the shop. Arrived late in the afternoon so had place to ourselves and the appointment system appears to be working great with Covid n everything! The virtual try on online worked great too and glasses arrived within 10 days”

“I recently purchased a pair of glasses from the west George street branch and was very pleased with the customer service. The service was quick, easy and very professional. Covid measures that were in place made the store feel safe and the staff were professional, polite and very friendly. Would recommend.”

“I have passed on recommendations for Iolla as you have been brilliant. Biggest test with any company is when things go wrong and thier customer service is tested. Even when its the customers error! 100% will be buying from you again 😊😊😊🤓🤓🤓”
