“I went in with a prescription and had peace, but help when needed to browse and try on glasses. I was on my own and the shop was quiet, but the women at the Finnieston shop were super helpful. I tried on and shortlisted multiple styles but was torn in the end between a standard style or something totally out the ordinary (for me at least) so with discussion and a boost of confidence from the staff, I took the risk and I am now the owner of a funky bright red pair of glasses! Much to the love of my classes at work and amusement of adults who would not take such a risk. In the words of my daughter ‘you do you mum’ 😍😂”

“I had a great Iolla experience a few weeks ago in the Finneston branch with my chatty little toddler. The two staff members could not have been more lovely and friendly. They didn't even seem to mind that she wanted to pick up every pair of glasses. I took in 4 pairs of glasses to be adjusted (due to said toddler bending them) and ordered 2 new pairs of sunglasses. Best morning ever!!!”

“I recently bought the Stewart glasses. Well chuffed with them. This must be my 5th pair of glasses from IOLLA. I don’t go anywhere else. The staff are lovely very helpful and understanding. The glasses are great too, well made and worth every penny.”

“Wouldnt go anywhere else for my glasses ,i used to take forever choosing glasses in my opticians but dont have that problem in iolla ..three times ive bought glasses from there within 5 minutes of looking ..love them 🫶🏻”

“Recently ordered a pair of varifocals from the St James Quarter branch - I liked the spacious modern interior and the music on play- was allowed to browse the frames on display without being pressed and found the staff to be very helpful when Required . Had an issue when the glasses were delivered - this was remedied without fuss or bother+ I subsequently bought a pair of clip on sunglasses from the store and would recommend to anyone.”

“So easy to try on frames on the website and then find them in store. The staff are really helpful and there's no pressure or hard sell that you sometimes get in other stores. My varifocals were great value and I'm very happy with them.”
