“I have several pairs of specs from Iola and love them. I now live in France so with trepidation ordered a new pair. They arrived safely and I paid 30€ customs duty, which wasn’t horrendous. Many thanks”

“Customer service at iolla is absolutely brilliant, I had purchased a new set of glasses but opted for the near sighted lenses by mistake, Iolla were brilliant and told me to return the glasses and they would amend the prescription accordingly, which they did at no extra cost , would highly recommend and the glasses are fabulous I have 2 pairs now”

“Iolla provides incredible customer service. The atmosphere and appearance of the shop felt open yet homely, and there was ample space to browse while the sales assistants made a warm hello to see if you needed help. The glasses are of premium design and have a unique flare that separates them from other high-street competitors. Once I chose my glasses, the store clerk was so helpful in processing everything. Still, because I needed to confirm my student discount, they set me up an account and saved my details so that when I was home, I could complete the order and have them delivered once my discount was confirmed.”

“Was very easy to just take prescription in and pick a pair of glasses and a pair of sunglasses, with some helpful advice as I have a small face so not easy to get something I like ,great price and was sent to my home before the given date and that was great 😃”
