“I always use your inks, but i just put in a yellow ink, from the last time i ordered from you, and it would not work. It said missing or damaged. so thats why i am trying another one. The new ink you sent works ok Thank you”

“No problem on orders or delivery. Price is good. Do not do a lot of printing I must admit, the quality of prints is good. Unfortunately it seems that from every batch there is always one cartridge received that my printer does not recognise. Says its empty yet status shows full and I know its full no matter how I try to charge it up. Change the cartridge and all is fine again, so throw a full cartridge away every order which is a shame.”

“Hopefully I will be even happier when I have used the inks ordered, but so far am very impressed with you service and delivery My only cause for concern is that the ink cartridges seem to be so much smaller so are we paying less, but are also getting less in each one, only time will tell”

“I could not see anywhere to enter the GIVEME10 discount code for longstanding customers, so presumed you'd dropped it. Then, on my confirmatory email, it was made quite clear that this discount code still exists. I've been a customer for at least 9 years, so was very disappointed to have paid more than I should have done. Having posted this review, I received three emails apologising, explaining that my overpayment is being refunded, and with advice on what to do in future when I purchase or can't find how to claim the 10% discount for regular customers. So, initially very disappointed, now much happier.”

I am sorry to hear that you have been struggling to redeem your 10% discount code, unfortunately I am unable to apply any codes retrospectively therefore for future reference please ensure that all discounts are applied and amounts deducted prior to making payment, or if you are unable to do so, then please simply give us a call on 0800 612 0874 and we will be more than happy to take your order over the telephone making sure that the 10% discount is applied to your order. I have emailed you a confirmation of your 10% loyalty discount code and also enclosed instructions that will hopefully assist you with applying your 10% discount code correctly. On this occasion, as a goodwill gesture I will refund the amount that would have been discounted from the 10% code that is currently available on compatible ink cartridges therefore I have refunded £3.10 back on to the Card that you had used to pay for the order #4944625 but please be advised that can take up to 3 – 5 working days to be processed by the bank. “Good website easy to navigate. I have been using your company for many years with great satisfaction. Only given 4 stars as you no longer seem to do compatibles for my particular Canon cartridges - PG 540 & CL 541. However the prices seem competitive although the discount code for regular customers cannot be used.”
