“I was disappointed to find I could have had a discount, after I made my purchase. It is difficult to remember a discount code from old orders. I feel this should be saved on to my existing log in so I can use it appropriately.”

“I am very pleased with the Prices of Ink from Internet-Ink, and the inks themselves are also really good for everyday printing of Documents. Unfortunately with Canon Photo Paper Glossy 2 on my Canon MG7752 Printer it's a complete disaster with just a big messy smudge. This may be down to using the wrong Photo Paper but I can't afford to throw money around, experimenting with many different Makes and Types until I finally find one that works, which is why I have deducted one Star from my Rating.”

“Great range of printer inks covered and good value, too. Sometimes a replacement cartridge will not be 'read' properly by the printer; this can usually be cured by removing and reinserting the cartridge but not always. The inks are never as 'dense' or saturated as the original manufacturers ones but they do the job well and at a fraction of the cost.”

“After some difficulty, as the cartridges differed significantly in appearance from the original Epson cartridges, with some help form the very helpful support contact at Internet-Ink I was able to install the cartridges and get the printer working!”

“I am pleased with the prices and the delivery and payment arrangements. But I don't like the garish colours of absolutely every part of the screen. I can understand the need to comply with other company logo colours but, really, your designer needs to 'tone' it all down a bit. I found the links confusing and went through lots of different screens that I did not want just because my cursor fell on one of many links. I WILL use internet.ink again and hope I will find it less colourful and easier to navigate. Thank you. Roger Milne”
