“My initial reaction regarding my order for non-HP supplies for my HP Printer (which uses HP364 supplies) was one of disappointment with the quality of some of the items. But I was pleasantly surprised to find the Internet-ink Customer Service followed up on my rating and sent me replacement products, assuring me the they will be happy to replace unsatisfactory items in the future. So I have revised my rating to be more positive.”

“There is a very efficient delivery service. It is necessary to make sure your put the correct number of yourt computer in. otherwise you will receive a cartridge that does not fit.”

“Never had a problem with Internet Ink. Original cartridges I have bought have been excellent. However my recent order was for compatable inks which have not been tried yet. I bought the cheaper type because of the costs which comparable with other companies. I received my latest order on time as is usual case.”
