“Normally excellent - fast delivery and products mainly very good, though I have very occasionally bought Epson-compatible inks from this supplier which have been rejected by the printer.”

“Have dealt with you for many years with very few problems, but just had to reorder yellow cylinders because two were not recognused by printer.”

Thank you for your review. Compatible cartridges may not be recognised in printers from time to time, however, this can be resolved with a simple reset. “Internet Ink must have inks for every printer. They have supplied me with Canon inks in the past and now Epsom inks. Their website is good and you can easily find what you need. I have always been satisfied with their service and quick delivery.”

“I have just ordered twin pack cartridges and was told there was no discount as this had been stopped but now I receive an email stating that the 10 % is still on offer. Do the sales staff have no notification of this. I have been dealing with Internet ink for some time now and feel very disapointed with the service . This was for my Photosmart HP 300 C4680 printer.”

“Ordered replacement colour cartridge..came within 2 days,well packaged,, printer needed a bit of cleaning after old cartridge taken out, to register new cartridge then worked perfectly. so overall great service thank you.”

“Lovely company to deal with, inks are always a great price and prompt posting. However the process of re ordering favourites could be easier. As I have mentioned in the past, as you click on a favourite then click add then you can't go back to your favourites list or order more at a time you have to go through your account settings every time or look back at an old order and add these”

“The speed of service is very good and ink does its job equally well as original printer supplier. The only concern would be is whether this is compatible with the original suppliers ink and does not cause a failure as has been experienced in the past.”
