“The ink is not compatible with my Epson printer although in the description it should be. All are unopened except one Cyan. I shall return all and would like a refund please. Thanks.”

“Your customer service is one of the most efficient that l have dealt with, yes I have had one problem since using internet-ink.com but that was caused by some heavy footed postman. The package should have been returned to internet-ink not wrapped up with G.P.O. sticky tape and sent on, but it was dealt with rapidly when I contacted customer services.”

“After a few months of low use (~80ppm) all pages developed a grey caste and after a year prints began to fade. Mostly a problem with the black cartridge but others are also imperfect. Replacing cartridge with another suppliers solved the problem instantly. Disappointing in view of so many good reviews here.”

“I have used Internet-Ink for many years and have found they are certainly as good as the genuine inks for my printer. Despite regular reminders from my Epson printer, apart from the price which is a fraction of the price of the originals I can see no difference. Always had excellent results printing and good service from Internet-inks. I just wish they had a recycling programme for the empty cartridges. Excellent value and service..”
