“I ordered four ink cartridges on Wednesday for my Epsom scanner/printer from Internet-Ink. They arrived by first delivery on Friday. I installed them into my printer and they are in perfect working order. I highly recommend Internet-Ink and will continue to order my cartridges from them whenever I need them.”

“There is only one printer ink company, not just in the UK but from here in France I also use Internet-ink and no other. They have an an incredible range of products, their website is updated almost by the minute, their delivery is brilliant (even down here in the south of France), and their customer service is unbeatable. The products I have purchased have performed brilliantly and I cannot speak more highly of a company that understands what having customers means. You don't just sell to customers, you look after them, even when you have them over a number of years with repeated orders. Internet-ink are faultless in every respect - try them, you, like me will find there is not a better company to deal with.”

“The cartages are good I have had no problem's with them. The delivery is quick and no hassle The come out of the box and straight in. The print quality is good Of course price is always a factor and the price is highly comparative. I could not afforded to print the amount I do using HP Cartages and there seems to be no difference. Of course there is always room for improvement but I don't know where”

Dear Mr Wylde, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review and notify us of your experience, please accept my sincerest apologies for the issues that you have experienced with regards to our compatible ink cartridges. At Internet-Ink, we take great pride in ensuring our customers' satisfaction and the cartridges that you had purchased are very reliable, high quality cartridges therefore it is very disappointing to hear you are no longer happy with the quality of your print-outs produced with our compatible inks installed. Having checked your order history I note that you have been shopping with us for a number of years with no issues previously reported, and I would just liked to reassure you that we have not changed our suppliers, nor the quality of the cartridges we supply. Having looked in to this further for you, I can see that you hadn’t contacted us prior to leaving this review and the reason I mention this is because we offer a 12 month warranty on all of the products that we sell therefore had you contacted us, we would have most likely been able to resolve the issues that you had experienced and if this wasn’t possible we would have found a way to resolve this to your satisfaction. With the above being said, I would still really like to rectify your experience therefore please could I ask if you still have the cartridges in question and a few examples of your prints? Please could you also confirm if you have encountered an issue using LC970 series or LC1100 type cartridges, also provide the model number of your printer. Please simply send us an email to support@internet-ink.co.uk quoting your order number and enclose the information requested which will enable us to look into this further for you. As soon as the above information has been received, we will hopefully be able to assist you further and resolve the issue that you had experienced. Thank you.
