“I use Internet-Ink for printing photo's and they are every bit as good as the genuine inks for my printer, only difference is the price these are a fraction of the price of the originals. I am very happy with the results and they seem to last for ever considering the number of A4 photo's I seem to print. Superb Value.”

“Good quality, extra ink, quick delivery. Not had to return any product. Buy bulk or individually, the latter I suggest if you are contemplating in changing your printer so you are not left with surplus cartridges. It is a pity they are thrown out after use the small ink cartridges that fit the Epson XP 435 range of printers.”

“One reservation. My email address was adjudged to be invalid when first I attempted to place an order - but I was only told after I had, I thought, completed my order and I could not return to review my email address. Instead, I had to cancel the process and start all over again. Otherwise, no complaints at all regarding layout of web-pages and identification of product.”

“Wonderful customer support received yesterday from Kirsty. She was polite, charming, very patient and knowledgeable. she helped me resolve one issue and arranged for a replacement cartridge to be delivered, which arrived the next day. I needed more help with this so called back and spoke to an equally helpful lady called Joanna who was able to resolve my problem. Result? One happy customer! Thank you ladies.”

“Wonderful customer service! I had a problem installing both colour & black ink cartridges so I called support. I spoke with a lovely lady called Kirsty and she was so patient and clear in her instructions that I was able to resolve my difficulties with the colour cartridge. The black catridge was a problem so I was offered a replacement, which came the following day. I installed it but needed further help. I spoke to another equally helpful lady called Joanna who was able to resolve the problem. Thank you ladies!”

“I m not a heavy user of printer inks - just a home user - but despite the infrequency of my orders I always get superb service and delivery by first class post. The inks are a very good quality and give excellent results in my Canon printer. I can only say thank you for such good value for money. Glad i found this company, i will never use anyone else”

“Have used this company for a number of years and always been happy. Good products, good prices. I don't think I have ever had to speak to the staff over the years!! I use the Brother compatible inks and have never had any issues with delivery or the inks. Nice to find a supplier that is consistent, excellent and UK based.”
