“My cartridges were rejected by my printer. On emailing the company I was given a reference number and assured the issue would be looked into. After 3 weeks of waiting I sent another email asking what was happening. The reply was that I would now be at the back of the queue in getting a response. I don't think I will ever get a response. I just want my money back. This is the first time I have had any issues with Internet ink but will never use them again”
