“i have beeb using internet-ink for years and never had a problem, the inky give perfect results every time in all sorts of printing. Just recently I had a Printer that gave me a fault and would not print at all, even the scanner was not working. As Had spare cartridges I phoned up their support line and spoke to Joana to ask what printers used the same cartridges. She asked me what the problem was and I told her. Straight away she told me a workaround and gave me several websites that supply software and hardware to fix the problem. So instead of spending hundreds of pounds replacing my upmarket Epson I've spent £10 on software and got the printer up and running straight away. All I have to down is the hardware fix (installing a new ink tank) which is costing me another Tenner. Their help was certainly above and beyond what I expected! Thank you Joana and every one at internet-ink for years of 1st class service.”

“I have used their inks for years. The website is easy to get around, the inks arrive promptly and the staff are very friendly and helpful. When I changed printers they swapped the inks I hadn't used for ones that would fit my new printer. Thoroughly recommend them.”

“If you haven't tasted poor service and quality when you buy replacement ink cartridges you have been very lucky. Since changing to Internet-Ink I have had no problems at all. No leaking containers, no inky fingers and every cartridge of their own brand worked perfectly. I have two Epson ink-jets - one that does A3 and the other that prints on CDs. I have used a variety of paper surfaces and every one has worked well. Finally, even in the midst of the lockdown my orders have been delivered on or before the expected date. What more can you ask?”
