“Good price and quality equals other brands I have used, however although cartridges contain 10ml of ink per cartridge they appear not to last as long as I expected. Will monitor new cartridges to check length of use.”

“Easy to use website. You would earn 5 stars if single cartridges contained as much ink as the packs. The packs don't suit all variables. However prices are fair.”

“The service is easy and good but it is unfortunate that the ink is not waterproof. I am sure that it used to be waterproof but that seems to have been abandoned.”

“Mostly the service has been very good .Prompt delivery and usually a very good product,although for the last 2 times the magenta cartridge ran out very quickly. On the whole though I have for many years found your company excellent.”
