“Fast accurate delivery and judging by the HP laser toner product bought so far very good quality. The only gripe I have so far is about inkjet cartidges which I think are being made obsolete by HP introducing new software to make them obsolete. The cartidges work perfectly well then all of a sudden the black stops operating and no amount of coaxing will make them work. This fault I would tend to lay at the feet of HP rather than internet-ink in an effort to get you to buy the official product which is much more expensive.”

“Your email was a timely reminder of your support service, which I didn't give you credit for when your cartridges were not recognised in either my, or my wife's Canon printer. When we try them again I will telephone for advice on a reset, with which I wasn't successful the first time round.”

“Problems with Printers and Cartridges can be frustrating. I had " Issues " with Compatible Cartridges which involved a request for Credit and replacement. I was delighted with your response and prompt assistance and that's why I am still on your Books. Customer Service is so very very important . Yours in my o[pinion is " Up to the Mark "”
