Dear Mr Tate, Thank you for taking time to leave a review. I am sorry to hear you were unable to locate a listing for a colour cartridge for your HP printer. Having checked your account I note that you have purchased a multipack of HP 301XL Black and colour ink cartridges on the day the review was submitted. Please follow the link I have enclosed for you below next time you require a colour ink cartridge as we do sell these cartridges individually as well as in multipacks, the latter represent better value for money: https://www.internet-ink.com/HP/HP-301-XL-Original-Colour-Ink-Cartridge If you have further issues locating certain products online in future, please call us on 0800 612 0874 whereby one of our helpful and friendly sales advisors will gladly assist you in placing the order. In terms of pens, most of the stock we hold is that of higher value pens that can be gifted. When it comes to standard pens for office use, we generally offer these items in packs of 12 as we supply businesses and schools that usually that have higher stock requirements. For instance, we have Paper Mate Comfortmate Retractable Blue pens (S0512281) in packs of 12 that are priced at £13.30 per pack (£1.10/pen) or Paper Mate FlexGrip Ultra Capped Black (S0190113) or Blue (S0190153) pens with medium nibs at £1.16/pen (pack price - £13.94), however, there is currently additional 10% discount available until midnight Tuesday (discount code - GIFT10) Please could I ask that the next time you do need to place an order for some replacement cartridges or pens please bear us in mind as our pricing structure changes on a daily basis due to being run from a live price feed, meaning that if we get any price reductions we pass these straight down to our customers and therefore we may be able to save you money off of your next ink purchase I hope that I have been able to provide you with all of the information that you require but if I can be of any further assistance to you, please don’t hesitate to contact us again. “I have always used compatible cartridges from this source and found them absolutely superb. One thing, and I'm sure its not imagination, is that they almost certa inly contain far more ink than the so called "genuine makers' items - and the prices, often with discount offers as well, are almost too low to believe.”
