At Internet-Ink, we understand that timely delivery is extremely important to you and we want you to receive the very best service possible, therefore please accept my apologies on behalf of Internet-Ink Team for a delay in dispatching your order placed on the 20th December 2018, however our office closed on 20th December 2018 for the festive period and re-opened again on 02.01.2019 as stated on the invoice you would have received via email. I can see though that your particular order was dispatched on the same day the office re-opened after the festive period. To make it as fair as possible we process all orders in the order they are received in unless express delivery option has been selected, however do have a number of express delivery options available which are always displayed at the checkout. “I have been SO impressed by the prompt, friendly and helpful advice from your 'customer relations' (does what it says on the tin - RELATIONS !. in particular, Kirsty Haining. I as having problems when my printer decided it would no longer recognise my ink cartridges. Kirsty led me through the process and explained just what was likely to be the cause. Always makes more sence to get the logic, as well as the solution. Well done you ! Eleanor Plant”
