In the past I have been able to call you and order over the phone - always quick and simple. Not any more. This time I had to order on the internet. My password was not accepted, so went through the 'forgotten your password link' but then would not accept the new password. Tried several times and was timed out by google.
Struggled then to make an order based on the previous item code, which was not recognised.
Eventually made order based on printer model no. (NB Must remember this for next time.)
Fortunately then somehow your system recognised me from my email address and order was completed.
Then struggled with payment.
I did not recognise that there were more than one MasterCard options, but eventually by scrolling down the full page, eventually got there.
I am not not a savvy internet user, being in my mid 80's .
Then when I wanted to print out the invoice I had to print p2 and p3 to capture the full info!
Let's have things more user friendly please.. It has taken me well over an hour to get to the end of this process.
