“Not all of us are 110% computer savvy or have 20:20 vision. I know that there is a lot of info to be displayed but your website pages are rather confusing in terms of how to proceed to the next stage. More than once I was not clear how I should continue with my order. No-where did there seem to be a 'press here to continue' button. I was surprised and disappointed that it wasn't an easier experience.”
