“As always courteous, knowledgable and efficient staff may buying a pleasure. Your staff recruitment and training procedures must be among the best! Apology for compatible toner not being in stock - phone call 9.30 the next morning to say it is ready for collection. What more could one ask?”

“In error I ordered the wrong ink. Next day I get a challenge from Internet-ink because it conflicted with my ordering history. How smart is that?? But the real plus was dealing with Kirsty their customer services contact. Here's a company which hires and trains people who are clearly customer orientated. And I'm an ex sales manager!”

“I have been using Internet Ink for years, and have always found their products to be excellent and with timely delivery. Recently I ordered what I thought was the correct black ink for my printer. The company noticed that it wasn't my usual one, and they got in touch to tell me they had noticed the change and to ask me if I had made a mistake. The email explained how to check my printer, which I did and I emailed back the info. They replied within the hour (thank you Kirsty!) confirming that I had ordered the wrong type, and then dispatched the correct item the same day. How many companies get in touch with you to give you this level of personal service? Amazing! I have always recommended Internet Ink to friends, and I will continue to do so. Thank you so much for caring about one ink cartridge for one customer.”

“Have only ever had one problem with an ink cartridge, years ago and that was quickly resolved satisfactorily. The quality of these inks are good, with true colours and a lot cheaper than the trade name version. I highly recommend them!”
