The delivery was excellent,however, although the black cartridge is still going string the HP300 Tri-colour ran out after about 23 prints. This has stopped me re-ordering.

I was totally sold on your service and your product until I opened my last order to discover that you'd sent the wrong size cartridge. I returned all cartridges including the open one but your operative refused to replace the one I had opened. I thought this was poor - being prepared to sacrifice my long term custom for the sake of one lousy cartridge. But your operative would not budge, forcing me to look elsewhere. I would have rated you 5* had it not been for this. If you offer to replace the opened cartridge, I will consider giving you my business again.

I ordered and received recently from Internet-ink a Epson T216 XL Compatible Twin Pack + 2 Free Blacks (with photo Black). As with most printers the black runs out first, so at present I have only replaced the black and can only comment on the results after. Prior to the black running out I had printed an A4 with colour thumbprints of photographs. I printed the same file after replacing the black. I have to say that the contrast and sharpness is not so good as the original printed with the original Epson cartridges. This printer was new.

Good Afternoon, Thank you for taking time to leave your review. We are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with the print quality. Have you tried to adjust the printer settings and increase the contrast there? If so, did you see any improvement? Have you selected printing in "Best Quality" or is it still on draft? Please could you kindly contact us on 0871 288 4549 quoting your order number 4550943 so that we could look into this further for you? Having said that, please note that one should expect some discolouration when using non-genuine cartridges, however, the different shouldn't be great as we use OCP German ink in our compatible cartridges which is as close to the ink Epson use as one can possibly get.

The 'compatible' inks are definitely not compatible with my xp-55 printer.

I find your website very annoying. I would appear that if you want multiples of any single ink colour you must select the quantity on that item then go to checkout. If you then want more colours you have to apparently go back and select the next item then go to checkout again. If it is possible to select all items at once with one trip to checkout I'm afraid it was not obvious to me. I gave up and phoned in the order which I think has also gone wrong. I ordered two light cyan, two light magenta and one yellow for an Epson PX730. Your order acknowledgement does not show all the items ordered. I came very close to switching suppliers as a result of this experience. a Cook

The inks I bought recently didn't work for very long and my printer kept saying it had a fault- never had problems before just with my recent purchase - normally good value and very effective -

Epson printer did not like the Internet Ink compatible cartridges and sent all sorts of messages and disruptions. Got to print in the end and quality is fine, but had same problems every time I tried. Bought some Epson own brand and problem/delays disappeared. Verdict is that the Internet Ink compatibles are OK for Epson, if you are prepared to wade thru the problems Epson printer throws up.

I sent for a bumper pack for my lexmark printer, it arrived with 2 of the large black cartridges broken and a magenta 1 as well, so not too happy to come home from work only to find that the inks has burst from the package to leave large streaks of ink all over my door.

I am sorry to hear that you have had problems on delivery of your inks, please get in contact with me and i can help you with replacing the damaged inks, all care is taken on despatch of the inks but occasionally due to transit items may get damaged on there way to you. I wanted ink for a DEll which is notoriously difficult for non- compatibles.There were instructions on it as to how to make it work which involved cutting along a line so small that I could hardly see it. Needless to say, I didn't manage to, and the printer is still out of action while I stagger along with another printer on the same network. Maybe someone under 70 wouldn't have found it so hard, but we OAPs use computers too. Wanted to be able to print out a map for hillwalking so can't be all that decreepid.

Bought 2 compatible HP300XL black cartridges. One failed to work completely, the other only printed a few sheets then started missing lines. I can't be bothered with this hassle so back to original cartridge suppliers. Delivery and the order processing was good.

I have had a lot of trouble with HP920 compatible cartridges. At the moment I have 8 on my desk some full some half full but they will not work. The light on the printer says they are empty. Some times if I fiddle with them I can get them working but it's some thing I don't want to do when I'm in a rush and end up with ink all over my hands. I have no trouble with the order and delivery and the genuine cartridges. I have purchased other cartridges for my printer a lot cheaper than the ones you supply and have had no trouble although they look the same, The ink colour may be slightly week but they do keep on working.

you sent me something that does not work with my genuine printer, which is genuine unlike your cartridges. Very disappointed. would not recommend it or visit your website again.

I can see that you placed an order on our website yourself and therefore believe you saw 2 different options given on the website - we always where possible offer both genuine and compatible ink cartridges as we strongly believe customers shouldn't be forced by original manufacturers to buy expensive genuine ink cartridges and should have an option to purchase cheaper alternative consumables. A compatible cartridge was sent to you because this is what you selected and paid for at the checkout. Any orders can be cancelled & returned to us within 14 days as per our T&C’s. However, if the product doesn’t work as it should, then it can be returned to us within 12 months since the date of purchase for a full refund, a replacement or an upgrade to genuine article. I found that the quality of my prints were poor. There was a yellowish tinge to the finished copies and also some of the words were unclear. This has not happened before and I was extremely disappointed.

Disappointing. Most documents are faded and photographs are smeared and unusuable.
