At Internet-Ink, we understand that timely delivery is extremely important to you and we want you to receive the very best service possible, therefore please accept my apologies on behalf of Internet-Ink Team for a delay in dispatching your order placed on the 20th December 2018, however our office closed on 20th December 2018 for the festive period and re-opened again on 02.01.2019 as stated on the invoice you would have received via email. I can see though that your particular order was dispatched on the same day the office re-opened after the festive period. To make it as fair as possible we process all orders in the order they are received in unless express delivery option has been selected, however do have a number of express delivery options available which are always displayed at the checkout. After installing my Internet inks cartridges my Epsom printer said “didn’t recognise cartridges” . I’ve had this problem before but at least I got about three quarters of use from them. I’v now bought a new printer and will use Epson inks as the quality is better for photos and at least the cartridges will be recognised!

I had assumed that I could simply insert the ink cartridges in the printer. There was not hint that a reset would be needed. Consequently I have not used them.

Having looked into this further I can also confirm that the installation & reset instructions were sent with the cartridges you have purchased from us simply because we value our customers' time, therefore we try to ensure customers are aware of the correct reset procedure should this be necessary, though most printers accept compatible cartridges straight away with no issues at all. The ease of ordering the ink, but the time "First class mail" I should of received the ink next day after placing order, that is "First class mail"

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 business days, more often than not we dispatch within 24 hours. I have used you before with no problems. This time i saw you were offering bank15 as a discount. Having logged in I tried this code and my give me 10 and neither worked. So it's full price. My only hope is I hav'nt paid for 2 lots in the turmoil. I will wait and see.

Fast service, good product but poor packaging for shipment via mail. My last order was open with contents spilling out. Please make sure the jiffy bag is secure prior to shipping

Unfortunately once our packages are in Royal Mails possession we have no further control over how they are handled. I can only apologies on behalf of Royal Mail that the package arrived damaged. I liked the price! Which is just as well as my inks dried out/evaporated in 3 months. I rarely use my colour Canon inkjet for colour mostly as a B&W photocopier. Not good to turn it on and see all the colour ones needed changing with perhaps one small photo in 12 weeks.

Always found Internet Ink very good but the dropped below their usual high standards. allowing me to purchase a set of inks for my Epson printer knowing they had a problem with the black cartridge. I had to purchase a genuine Epson cartridge instead

It did not make me happy as I had a lot of trouble with the compatible ink and in the end I had to throw away half the ink as tidied not work. That is why I ordered original HP62 to day. Erik la Cour-larsen

Disappointed with ink because it fades rapidly especially on photo paper. Price is attractive but lacking in quality.

I like the service but I find that the frequency of delivery far outstrips my speed of consumption and I find myself with far more ink than I need.

Prices are good on OEM but I've stopped buying reconditioned 'compatible' cartridges, they never work properly and are more hassle than it's worth.
