My recent purchase was very disappointing as one of the two black ink cartridges was damaged and leaking .I complained to you but got no reply .This will probably affect my future purchases for both myself and my wife

I would also like to take the opportunity to send my sincerest apologies for the issue that you have experienced in regards to your order and the inconvenience it has caused. At Internet-Ink, we take great pride in ensuring our customer’s satisfaction. Unfortunately, we did not meet yours – or our own – expectations in regards to your order which is extremely disappointing for us. Please rest assured that we will not leave you 'out of pocket' for the leaking cartridge, therefore if you could please confirm if you prefer to receive a refund or a replacement cartridge, I will ensure that the relevant action is taken to your order as soon as possible. I would just like to add that the order number #4809372 quoted in the review relates to your order placed in November which was for an Epson 29XL series multipack of 4 cartridges while your more recent order #4831581 placed in April was for Epson 18XL black ink tanks, therefore I suspect this to be the order in question. As the cartridges are not interchangeable, we would also like to check the model number of your Epson printer to ensure that the correct replacement cartridge is being dispatched (if replacement is required) and so I would be grateful if you could also provide the model number of your printer. Bought a multi pack of some genuine Canon ink cartridges but the one I needed desperately was defective. Expecting a replacement to be sent immediately I was surprised when they wouldn't do this. First I had to send the defective one back for them to confirm the obvious. Only then did they send a replacement. Bottom line 48 hrs + with no printer. The return postage was repaid but not the service I was expecting. Will think twice before I use them again.

Issue with the cartridge, after few print, cartridge log release, and have a warning message on the printer. I thought it was just the one colour have the problem, but changed another one, have the d=same issue.

Having looked in to this for you, I can see that you hadn’t contacted us at the time that the issue was experienced and the reason I mention this is because we offer a 12 month warranty on all of the products that we sell therefore had you contacted us, we would have most likely been able to resolve the issues that you had experienced and if this wasn’t possible we would have found a way to resolve this to your satisfaction. With the above being said, I would still really like to rectify your previous experience therefore please could I ask if you still have the cartridges that were rejected by your printer? Please could you also confirm the exact error that occurred at the time of use and any steps you may have taken to rectify the error. Photos printed show poor quality and begin to fade after a short time. Color on pictures fade.

Dear Mrs Lynch, Thank you for taking time to leave a review regarding your Internet-Ink purchase. I am sorry to hear that your print outs have faded and I would like to reassure you that we do print tests with all of the cartridges that we sell prior to dispatching them to our customers and with the test prints that we have, we haven’t experienced any fading. With that being said, to ensure that you are getting the best possible outcome it is worth ensuring that the printer is set to ‘high quality’ rather than ‘draft’ and that you have selected the relevant paper type that you are printing on. The reason I mention this is, when printing on ‘high quality’ setting this will disperse more ink on to the paper and in turn this then reduces fading from occurring. With that being said, if you want the absolute best quality of print, you should always use Original manufacturer’s inks and paper. There are numerous factors that can affect the quality and longevity of a print. Examples of such factors include display conditions: exposure to UV light, humidity and atmospheric conditions, it is also possible that on some papers the durability can change considerably over time. As I am sure that you are aware, the cost difference between original and compatible ink cartridges is quite significant and therefore if you wish to continue using compatible cartridges (and saving money) I would recommend considering using a print shield spray to protect your images, as this will give you peace of mind that fading will not occur. I appreciate that as you have already printed these images out once and you are now no-longer able to display them, that this will now have effectively cost you ‘double’ due to having to re-print them therefore as a way of an apology, if acceptable to you I would like to offer you 1x full set of compatible ink cartridges for your printer. Please could you confirm if this will be acceptable at your earliest convenience by sending an email to support@internet-ink.co.uk quoting your order number 4784581 and I will then ensure that the relevant action is taken as soon as possible. Dear Mr Watson, Thank you for taking time to leave a review regarding your Internet-ink purchase. Having looked into your order I can confirm that these particular Canon PG-540 XL and CL-541 XL ink cartridges do not show accurate ink levels. It is common to get a low ink warning as the cartridges are being reused, therefore your printer 'thinks' that you have inserted an old ‘empty’ or nearly empty ink cartridge hence the flashing orange light. These particular cartridges are supplied with a simply rest instructions that will override the low ink warning and enable you to carry on using the cartridges as expected. The instructions are usually attached to a copy of the invoice supplied with the cartridges. We will contact you via separate email and enclose the relevant instructions for future reference. Please be assured that all of our cartridges are sold with a 12 month warranty, therefore please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team on 0871 288 4549 or send us an email to support@internet-ink.co.uk should you experience any further issues. I really wished to buy colour only for hp orignal cartidges. This did not seem possible. Biros were all too expensive.

Having checked your account I note that you have purchased a multipack of HP 301XL Black and colour ink cartridges on the day the review was submitted. I used the ink to print my annual calendar, one photograph per page and each photograph faded badly when exposed to light. Ink is fine for casual document printing but I will not use again for photographs. I can't fault the quick service.

I tried about 16 times over 4 days to get past my address and order details screen to actually pay for the ink but it just went back to that previous screen instead of proceeding to the payment screen.

The ink has been fine in the past and the price is good. But the website is terrible! The move from one stage to another was very bumpy, not at all fluent. Then I was told that my email address was not acceptable - to whom? It was the same one I have used for years and without errors. When I got the email to confirm my order, it showed a password - well, 7 asterisks. I hadn’t been asked to create a password and the one I wold have chosen does not have 7 characters. So you have a password for me that I don’t know. Great! It was such a hassle ordering and paying (where date of issue showed up as 201) that I very nearly threw in the towel.

I have a Epson Printer XP 247 and struggled really hard to get my printer to recognise the compatible inks I bought from you. Sceptical about ordering any more.

Surely your system has some idea of frequency of order for regular customers, which would tell you that if I have an order 1 week I do not need an email the following week telling me that there is 15% off if I order before whatever and I don't want a follow up every couple of weeks. I like your products but not the hassle.

I received the ink this morning which I was happy for swift delivery then on opening the package it all went wrong. I ordered ink for two different Epsom printers so would have expected them to have been bagged separately but no they were all in the same bag loose so without thinking I emptied the bag out, then had to check all the codes on them to know which one belonged to which printer then only to find they don't print in my printer. I know you cant be held responsible for that but very disappointed

Wrong inks sent,so return them as advised and ordered again .CORRECT ONES ARRIVED NEXT DAY!! (muy pronto) never heard anymore or any refund. Loyal customer, but loyalty don't mean much nowadays i'm sorry to say. I received a email asking for a review otherwise I would not had bothered.Sometimes little things mean a lot....

RMA was given to return the inks for a refund, unfortunately the return was never received by us. Had a proof of posting been obtained as advised a refund would have been issued. you only sell compatible ink at better price, but this does not work well on my printer. I cannt tell the ink level. so I have to avoid your compatible product. Hence "{Poor"

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We reviewed pricing on all Original cartridges to reduce them as much as possible, enabling us to be more competitive. Unfortunately this means that we can no longer allow a further discount on original cartridges. Most of our original cartridges have been reduced by more than 10%. The discount code still applies to compatible cartridges. Unfortunately on the compatible inks in question we are unable to set the chips to read the ink levels, apart from this they are very good quality and you will know when replacements are required as the ink will start to fade.
