Bought a multi pack of some genuine Canon ink cartridges but the one I needed desperately was defective. Expecting a replacement to be sent immediately I was surprised when they wouldn't do this.
First I had to send the defective one back for them to confirm the obvious. Only then did they send a replacement. Bottom line 48 hrs + with no printer. The return postage was repaid but not the service I was expecting.
Will think twice before I use them again.
