“I have been purchasing my ink replacement cartridges for several years from ‘Internet Ink’ with brilliant service and flawless ink cartridges for my HP c7180 Printer. However, my last couple of purchases have been disappointing. All recent cartridges purchased have not been accepted by the printer and is causing printer conflicts and cartridge rejection! I hope Internet-Ink is not beginning to compromise on their quality... It would be a shame, as I have recommended MANY new customers to your company and website. Regards, Darren Rae.”

I can assure you that we have not compromised on our quality at all. If compatibles cartridges are not recognized in your printer, often a simple reset is required to address this issue. “I've bought quite a few over the years. The odd batch (v2?) were bad. I tried to swap cartridges the other day and they dont work again. I dont know whether its the new ones or old ones I've put in.I put the old ones back in for now!!”

Dear Mr Stanbury, Thank you for your review. I have looked into this and can confirm that no discount was offered as you have ordered a pack that contains an original colour cartridge. The SEPT15 discount code is applicable on compatible cartridges only as per our T&C's.

“I have used internet-inks for around a year. I had 2 cartridges which stopped working prematurely and one which was not for my model, though very similar. My main disappointment is that they will not send replacements until they have examined and agreed the old ones are faulty. So I was stuck unable to print. I've now gone to a different online supplier.”

“It was my first order with Internet ink. All the order colours did work but wasn't the best quality at all. However, the black ink didn't work at all. Wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.”

“I have used inkjet cartridges for Epson Workforce FW-3620 for a long time now, from yourselves. My latest order came with the black ink in a larger casing. Since then my printer heads needs cleaning on a regular basis or printing is poor and sometimes illegible.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. These cartridges are simply a plastic tank that holds the ink. They have no effect with regards to the printing quality which is determined by the print heads situated inside your printer. If the print quality is poor or no ink is appearing on the paper then try doing 2-3 head cleans/nozzle cleans through your printer software to help the flow of ink leaving around 20 minutes between each clean. During this rest period, ink from the cartridge will migrate through the cartridge and absorb / push any trapped air from the print head. “I replaced both cartridges in my H.P. Envy 120 printer.The printer performed well for about 4 weeks then would not print and the display registered that there was a cartridge problem and suggested that the cartridges be replaced. This I did and the printer performed well again. The previous cartridges lasted for 12months. I am unable to explain why there was this problem and would welcome any explanation.”

“I returned five cartridges that had broken clips and on inspection of the replaced cartridges found that the yellow ink cartridge was only about two thirds full compared with the rest. I am now considering refilling my own cartridges.”

“I do not like the "compatible" ink cartridges. They may be cheaper but not so good and do not tell me when the ink level is low .You should stock Canon 545XL and CL546XL colour at same price”
