The delivery service was perfect but I was bitterly disappointed with the bouquet of flowers. I paid over €80 and it looked like a small bouquet you would pick up in the supermarket for €14.95.

I was unhappy with the bouquet that arrived for my wife because the only flower within the bouquet was lilies. Not a single rose which was disappointing as the picture showed approx 20 different roses.

Unfortunately the person I ordered flowers for never received them as I think they were sent to the wrong address so currently waiting on a reply on customer service to see what they can do to help me

The photo of the flowers we sent my friend was nothing like the photo. Hardly any flowers on the arrangement, very disappointed.

I've been ordering from Interflora for years and I (and the recipients) have always been more than happy with the arrangements delivered. This time not so much. The bouquet looked, for want of a better word, pathetic.

The Flowers that were created by the crafty Fox in Dublin were very mean and scarce and poorly put together for a dying mother-in law. After I said they were for someone very special. I feel so embarrassed for sending them. The Flowers that were sent to Cork were arranged so beautifully and plentiful my cousin was over the moon with the birthday gift.

Nice flowers and good fast service but such a small bouquet for the price paid - I was shocked (and embarrassed as they were for a colleague leaving work). Never again will I buy unseen!!

What my Mam and Dad for Christmas Day got wasn’t as per the pictures advertised. It was just about acceptable as a centre piece but not any way value for money. You have to note that it looks very miserable .Please note that the second picture was the previous bunch of flowers sent to my Mam at the beginning of December for her birthday worth €55. Please compare. I was so disappointed as I couldn’t be with them for Christmas. 😢

Disappointed. The images online do not represent the bouquets delivered. Whilst the bouquet was beautiful and fresh, it was a far cry from what was advertised/ purchased.

Very frustrating paid for delivery to be there early because I wanted the flower to arrive at the door when she was actually there but instead arrived later when the recipient wasn't home and handed to a neighbour.

Poor quality - the flowers didn't look nice- they looked like they were passed their best - and I was a bit embarrassed as they were for a funeral. Very poor - lack of quality for the price. Never again will I purchases from Interflora.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of using Intrafloral's flower service not once, but twice, and both times left me thoroughly disappointed. Despite paying what I considered a hefty sum, the quality of the flowers fell far short of expectations. To make matters worse, when I reached out to their customer service for assistance, I was met with unhelpful responses and little to no effort to rectify the situation. Based on my encounters, I cannot in good conscience recommend Intrafloral to anyone seeking an online flower service. The lack of attention to detail and the dismissive attitude of their customer service team left me baffled and frustrated. As a result, I have decided to take my business elsewhere and will not be utilizing their services again. If you're in need of a reliable and satisfactory flower service, I strongly encourage you to explore other options beyond Intrafloral. It's clear that there are better sources available for ordering flowers online, and I would hate for anyone else to experience the same disappointment that I did.

I was completely embarrassed when I saw what was actually delivered to my mum for her birthday. Instead a Large size ( 64 euro) of a pretty pink and red roses and carnitions, she got 3 pink roses ( leaves looking wilted~not fesh at all) and 3 carnations with a big bunch of green leaves aorund to make it look bigger. Really disappointed and embarrassing situation!! I will never use your service again!

Interflora cancelled my flower deliver the morning of Valentines day, leaving me with no alternatives nor enough time to order something else. It was extremely disappointing. The flowers were to be delivered to to my grieving mother in the absence of my father. I will not use this company again, and would recommend not using them if you want a reliable service.

I order flowers for my friend for her birthday while I’m over in Australia. Thinking she would receive the lovely flowers as advertised. When really she recieved a small petty version , not remotely similar . Will not use interflora again

I paid €179 for the flowers plus €16 delivery charged. I ordered the most expensive flowers in your website advertisement but my mother received the wrong flowers. I am very disappointed and furious! I am sorry that I ordered to Interflora.
