“Beautiful bouquet- a little more tropical in its composition than I would have liked but the recipient was delighted and that's all that matters. Arrival was quite late in the afternoon (after 4.30pm if I've been informed correctly) but the flowers were nonetheless in pristine condition.”

“Flowers arrived a little later than ordered but after speaking with Customer Service they dealt with the issue promptly and got them delivered quickly. The flowers were beautiful and the recipient was very pleased with them.”

“Easy to order...Flowers look just as on photos. The only complaint I have is the delivery. Delivery driver had no record of the recipient's phone number. He called me instead and luckily I happened to be just around the corner since he was about to leave the flowers in front of the wrong door and leave.”
