“Delivered on time: thanks. Disappointing not to receive a photo of the ACTUAL bouquet gift delivered (on June 6th 2026 to Orchard Road Brookline MA.) I paid for a bouquet called ‘Oh So Lovely - Premium’ but only saw the photo on the website, not the actual one delivered.”

“Got an email saying they attempted to deliver the flowers but nobody was at home, even though I specifically said to leave them at the back door if there was no answer at the front door. Then I got an email saying they were delivered… confusing. Also the “large” bouquet I ordered looked rather small when I saw a photograph of the delivered flowers.”

“I was very happy with the flowers they were beautiful. It said it came with a vase but the flowers arrived in a box which I was very disappointed with especially as they were for my son’s engagement. I thought the price was fine including the vase but much too expensive without it.”

“Hi,I sent flowers to my Sister in Australia last week as she had been in a car accident. Thankfully she was not injured. I have just seen the flowers she received and to say I am shocked is an understatement. I think I counted five stems that look like they have seen better days.They cost me 69 euros. I think that's roughly 120 dollars. Very disappointed. I don't think I will be sending flowers through Interflora again.”
