The flowers for what I spent were extremely disappointing and not worth the amount at all. So much so I was embarrassed

Disappointed that the recipient did not know who sent the flowers as the florist failed to complete message. I contacted the recipient this am, following on from your emails, to ask if he had received the flowers. Overall imbarassing for me to have to ask and the recipient was equally too. In not acknowledging soon. How could he have known !

The delivery I ordered on the 11th of June still has not arrived with no contact or explanation. This was an expensive delivery for me. I am disappointed.

I place an order with Interflora.co.uk on June 3rd for delivery on June 8th. On June 4th, I inquired if the order delivery could be brought forward to June 5th. I eventually received a response on the morning of June 5th stating the order would be delivered on Saturday June 6th. This is not what I requested and responded immediately stating that that will not work as the delivery premises are not open on Saturday. A further 24 hours later I received a response confirming that order would be delivered on the original date....Monday June 8th. When I checked the order tracking on the DPD website (courier company used by Interflora) when would my order be delivered it stated "Your parcel is perishable and can no longer be delivered, please contact Interflora for further details". I immediately contacted DPD Customer Care and tried to determine what was happening. They advised that this instruction came through on their system at 4.40am this morning (June 8th). I have subsequently emailed Interflora again asking what is going on and how do they plan fix the mess they have caused. My parcel was a special gift for my partner on a special day for us. There is nothing to be gained by ringing Interflora as you just get directed to an email address. The whole episode shows high level of incompetence and I will never use an Interflora service again

Very disappointed very few flowers & no vase . Had to purchase another present for my mam . This was surpose to be a special birthday gift as I have not seen her in months due to pandemic. There is no way they were 48 Euro of flowers .i used you as I thought they would have been amazing & now would like a refund

I ordered flowers to be delivered on mother's day the 22nd they were delivered on the day before on the 21st. I understand they may have had a lot of deliveries but I should not have been charged extra to have them not delivered on the Sunday. Very disappointed as I chose interflora because I thought I could trust the name

The flowers I received were a different colour to and much smaller than the bunch I selected online. I have used interflora.ie many times before so was really surprised and disappointed by this.

Hi, Bit disappointed with the service. Ordered flowers for delivery for Saturday 21st March. They didn’t arrive. I should have been contacted. The girl on the phone was not much help at all. She stated that the recipient was phoned but didn’t answer well it’s not like she knew the delivery was coming so why would she answer a number she didn’t know, Again I should have been contacted at that point. I asked could I redirect the flowers to my address she said no. I asked could I collect the flowers from somewhere she said no. I asked could I have the florists number to give further instructions where the house was she said no. Then said to ring tomorrow (Monday) if they still didn’t arrive. Sure that’s absolutely pointless. If they weren’t going to be delivered in time for whatever reason I should have been notified so I could have organized something else in the mean time. I’m really annoyed about this. Can someone contact me to let me know when the flowers will actually arrive.
