“Ordered 8.30 am for same day delivery not advised until 2.15 pm:- Marcus, Your Interflora Order Number: IN50234635101 I’m so sorry to advise, but we are unable to deliver your order as requested. Unfortunately, the address provided for delivery is not covered by a local Interflora florist. I have cancelled your order and issued a full refund back to your payment card – this should show in your account within a few days. Please accept my sincere apologies for the disappointment this may cause. If you require further assistance you can contact us by email, or alternatively, you can Live Chat with us by visiting the Contact Us page on our website – www.interflora.co.uk/page/contact. Too late for me to order elsewhere. I was a regular user but will use a local direct florist now. Marcus Chapman”

“The flowers were almost dried out and very poor quality. They were a gift to my mother on her 80th birthday. I will never use this service again. Very very disappointed as I paid €59 including postage.”

“Unfortunately the flowers I ordered with this service didn't arrive. The follow up from the U.K. side was fine but at the end of the day no flowers were delivered in the U.S. so not happy at all.”
