Unfortunately, the address provided for delivery is not covered by a local Interflora florist. I have cancelled your order and issued a full refund back to your payment card – this should show in your account within a few days. Please accept my sincere apologies for the disappointment this may cause. The flowers were almost dried out and very poor quality. They were a gift to my mother on her 80th birthday. I will never use this service again. Very very disappointed as I paid €59 including postage.

Unfortunately the flowers I ordered with this service didn't arrive. The follow up from the U.K. side was fine but at the end of the day no flowers were delivered in the U.S. so not happy at all.

Flowers were horrendous, like something you'd get in a garage for a tenner, certainly not worth 70 quid.

Flowers did not arrive on time even though had an email stating flowers had been delivered. I had to contact via email and flowers arrived DPD. Not use interflora again.

Ordered an autumn lily bouquet, specifically as my wife doesn't like roses and wanted the autumn colours,... Received a pink bouquet filled with different roses. Awful looking thing. Which was dead in 2 days.

I sent flowers using your international service on Weds 8th September to date they have not arrived I have been in touch with your customer service personnel Today is 12th Sept flowers still not have arrived I am really very disappointed they were for a special occasion Mary O Callaghan

Thank you for such amazing bouquet I bought them for my sister’s 60th birthday and I must say she was extremely delighted with them. I would use inter flora again in the future , thank you again so much
