Absolutely disgusted, never came on time, delivered at 11 at night tracking was sayin had been delivered all day,dead flowers wher given, will never use again, advise others not to so disappointed

My mother received the flowers I sent yesterday. They arrived on time and were a stunning display! My mother was overwhelmed to receive this on an Irish Mother’s Day in the US! Thank you!

The flowers my poor elderly mother received are not like what was on line. I'm so upset and disappointed. My mum was happy to receive them. It made her day. But when my dad sent me a pic I was so disappointed. I paid 80 for them including delivery. They do not look like what I ordered I would love my mother to receive the correct delivery please. Thank you Cara

The flowers received by both my Mother and Nanny looked nothing like the pictures and one was so small i couldn't believe the amount of money we paid for them. I was disappointed that i ordered a watering can for my mother to use later on my brothers memory garden which she has made in his memory. The flowers have not even lasted the amount of time they should have.

The flowers I paid 100 euros for were a disgrace I will be looking for a refund they were for my uncles funeral I was never so annoyed Very few roses more carnations cheapest you can buy ! Interflora contact next ASAP ! Maria Ennis

I made an order last week for Valentines day for an international delivery, and the order was wrong. I further contacted Interflora by phones and it took us 4 days to solve this issue by getting another order done of what was expected. The second order disappointed just as much as it was even worse than the first incorrect order. This is a very disappointing standard from Interflora as i, as a customer, expect a delivery of what i see on the image. I am very unhappy with this.

i was getting the flowers delivered to my girlfriend's job but she called in sick so i ask could the flowers be brought back to shop which is 1min from my girlfriend's job so i could collect them they wouldnt even accommodate me which i thought was terrible. you dont get to speak to anyone from the shop its some call centre your better of sticking with the small family run businesses

The flowers were not delivered on the specified date, despite me receiving an email to say that they had been .. very embarrassing for me . Flowers were delivered the following day..only because i contacted customer service Poor service to say the least. Regards David Cregan

I've expected a nice card to be delivered with the flowers but instead the message was printed on a simple paper. And that's not what bothered me. It was the fact that the message was printed badly. A part of text with a size and style and the other part with a smaller size and a different style. It kinda ruined the moment

Anytime I order a particular item it's always changed as it's not available. The service is good but availability of items is not good.

Terrible, flowers look practically dead and delivery man came to a dog under his arm and then made me stand at the door while he ran back to car to get my delivery took him like 15 min cos his trying hold a dog and make delivery just a joke to be honest won’t use again

The delivery was not accepted by the recipient due to the state of the flowers. Inter flora have made no contact to apologise or arrangements to send replacements

very bad experience. the tracking does not work. Its a ghost company, but I have paid a annual shipping subscription, so I use them.

I was sending a friend flowers to mark the anniversary of her husband's death. The date was very important but I discovered the day after the anniversary the flowers hadn't arrived. I checked email (not something I do every day) and discovered I'd been contacted 3 days previously about one stem that wasn't available. So what! The date was the important thing. I rang the UK to get it sorted the following morning and the flowers got delivered. But then I discovered another email saying the flowers wouldn't be delivered till they had a number for the recipient. I cannot credit in this digital age how something could have been so badly managed. I was very disappointed in the service and am on the lookout for a new provider.

The delivery to my aunt in Australia only lasted 3 days. The roses started to die after 2 days. She said although it was beautiful when delivered. The roses were already on the way out when it arrived. It was handed to her & her place is air conditioned so they should have lasted longer. Last Christmas I sent a vase of flower to the same lady, I was shocked to see how small & how few flowers there were. I did write & sent a photo, but never heard back. My Aunt (Age 93) told me not to send her flowers any more as they were disappointing ☹️ In all I sent about 10 lots of flowers in 2019 via interfloral. All the rest were nice so far as I know.
