“The flowers that arrived were definitely not worth the price. I had chosen Lilies on the site and there were none in the arrangement. In general I find Interflora good, but not this time.”

“Interflora website etc was straight forward and easy to use. However the vendor they used to supply flowers was a different matter. The roses were already wilting when I collected them at 9.05am on the morning they were ordered for. Also the staff were cold and unwelcoming. Won't be using that shop again.”

“The delivery was fast but they forgot the chocolate I had ordered. However once I told them that there was no chocolates they offered a refund or to send them immediately . They had them delivered again with in a few minutes.”
