“Good service, amazingly in depth and sometimes laborious compliance repetition though and when they phone you sometimes you just dont have 15 minutes to spend answering questions??”

“The person I spoke to Jade seemed very efficient and we very quickly went through the Q&A to get to the quote. The quote documentation was clear and although we missed each other on calls we eventually managed to speak to get the quote concluded. The premium was higher than I had hoped and more than others insurers I spoke to but overall the coverage was better so I was prepared to accept the offer. Airbnb is very common now but surprisingly few insurers are geared up to cover it. Finally, a customer website / quote engine that includes Airbnb as an option would be helpful.”

“Unable to get a quote without speaking to an advisor but this was actually useful to check that the correct cover is being provided. Staff were friendly and professional. Was advised on email that policy docs etc. would be available to review via a personal website log in but this feature is not up and running yet. Sent me all the documents in an email instead.”

“I was telephoned quite soon after my enquiry. The person who called was very helpful, but the only problem being that he was speaking very quickly and at times not clearly, which meant I had to ask him to repeat. Other than that I was pleased with the service and the price.”

“Your call centre employee was most helpful and provided rvised quotes for my annual insurnace but has not provided a follow up email with the revised details as promised. Would eb grateful if thsi would now be done so that I have the details before making the anuual renewal payment before 1 June.”
