“Customer Services was very busy but they did call back when I left voicemail Procedure was simple and quite quick Price was good too Hope I don’t have to make a claim but feel if I do I will be in good hands”

“I`ve been with Intasure now for 14 years. I find them straightforward to deal with, knowledgeable and offer me the kind of holiday home cover and choices which fit my situation very well. I`ve had one claim in the time and it was dealt with extremely efficiently.”

“Very helpful and professional operators. Gave clear and concise details, though the “standard details” for I guess legal reasons were very long and if honest irritating. Overall I felt confident in both the insurance and company mainly due to the operators. Hope this helps David Gibbin”

“was slightly confused when shopping round for a competitive quote my first quote was through intasure. My second quote was with a company called Assetsure. Very confused when the questions were identical and the price was the same. It turned out to be the same company.....! But apart from that I accepted the Quotation. The guy I was dealing with was okay and helpful and answered all my questions. Would I use again yes but of course it will depend on price at renewal time.”

“Very protracted process just to renew- around twenty minutes on an international call after a long wait for 'an adviser'. Only when I mentioned my concern at the escalating cost was there any mention of a 'loyalty' discount. Could do better on the customer relations front!”

“My experience in dealing with intasure was good. However the premium offered was high and I have found another company which gives the same cover for £100 less. This means that I am planning to leave intasure and arrange my insurance elsewhere.”
