Although l feel the policy is good and would probably renew - do find the marketing very frustrating- with constant requests to open a policy which l already have ? Please check your customer files prior to further correspondence being forwarded

You are far too expensive and won't negotiate a better price even though I've made no claims and been using you for years.

My overseas apartment is insured by Intasure. Whilst the policy is comprehensive the price increases each year are making it unaffordable.

Was recommended by a friend,plus an Amazon voucher to the value of £25.00was advertised,but to date note received.Staff were helpful though.

Just one point. When I took out the policy in 2002, I was asked if I wanted to set up a recurring means of paying in subsequent years. I said no as I always review insurance annually and pay separately. When I reviewed the proposal for 2003 I requested twice how I would pay as I could not recall how I paid last time and would not necessarily have paid by the same means. I got no substantive response. Then I find that you had taken the sum from my credit card. In my view, you had no authority to do this, given that at that stage I had not formally accepted the proposal and secondly that I had not authorized you to debit my credit card in question. It took three telephone calls to get someone to phone back.Once we had a reply your staff were very efficient and informative

The service was good but unfortunately the advisor sounded like a tape no emotion in her voice, a human touch would be nice. Also don’t agree that you take the premium before the policy is due, never delt with a company that does this before premium is due on renewal date and not before

I purchased a policy on 09.09.2022. I was then invited to register with Intasure using a te,porary password to enable me to check my policy details at any time. On trying to register, the notice access denied appeared. On enquiring about this I was told due to technical difficulties support was no longer possible. Why then the email?? What a poor impression for a new policy holder!

The most infuriating thing? Having to call to take out insurance. Yes, the laws keep changing but landlords have other things to do as well. I've been with Intasure for over ten years (three properties insured with them) and there was no way to just use my details to get a new policy. And... my staff member Julian was not up to the usual Intasure standard. Why do sales people think it's professional or helpful to speak so quickly and not listen to answers? I had to repeat a number of things and it was clear he was poorly monitored or trained. Not a pleasant experience. Since all calls are recorded, it’s worth someone listening back to this one and helping him become a more able and useful worker.

Staff very professional, helpful and responsive. Disappointed that the ability to pay monthly was removed after over 10 hrs, simply because I don’t live in the Uk!’

Intasure promise to send me and a friend some Amazon vouchers, for taking out there insurance out with them, 3 weeks later I’m still waiting to receive them.

There is a problem with your payment systems. I tried to pay online and over the telephone but the payment was rejected. I contacted Mastercard who say there is no block on my cards, but on your systems that do not meet current security regulations.

Your customer service is flawless but the tactic of hiding a cost increases of almost 100% in admin fees that are not included in your quotes and cost estimates is somewhat underhand and reeks of bad faith. I understand you need to remain competitive but please be open and honest with your customers in your estimates.

Fairly easy to arrange, staff were helpfull and the price was very competitive. However I didn't receive any email documents or confirmation of full payment, it would appear my email didn't receive it, yet the survey came through ! Now awaiting info via post

I've taken out cover to include earthquake cover told I would receive a call for an extra cover which I needed to pay for im still waiting not good.

I got insurance from Intasure because it was the cheapest option, but they clearly work off commission and try to get as many sales as possible in the least time and with least effort. The person on the phone spoke so quickly I couldn't understand most of what they was saying, and had to ask them to repeat himself many times. They were very pushy, demanding a time to call me back the same day to get an answer for whether to go ahead or not. Also spoke to me as if I was stupid when I asked some questions that I either didn't understand or hadn't heard from their fast-spoken script.

Good, but far too much information spoken on the telephone. I cannot see why this could not be done on line to give the customer more time to evaluate the questions being asked
