The customer service is brilliant , all staff great . Just very disappointed this year the company changed their underwriters and the insurance went up 100% . Unfortunately because of the set up we couldn’t find anyone cheaper .

Although l feel the policy is good and would probably renew - do find the marketing very frustrating- with constant requests to open a policy which l already have ? Please check your customer files prior to further correspondence being forwarded

Unfortunately I have had to make a claim twice through Intasure for damage to my French property caused by other parties. I have received excellent communication and advice. Both incidents were settled to my satisfaction.

Provides the service I wanted and is very easy to start the policy as well as renew. What more could I want? Fortunately, Ihave not had to call on the insurance cover.

I've been with them for a number of years without issue, but when renewing this year their payment system was faulty, they took my payment three times from my credit card and when I alerted them they did nothing to reimburse me. After many phone calls and e-mails, I had to make a claim through my bank to get the money back. Not good, I fear their service is deteriorating.

Just renewed my Spanish property insurance and this year opted to pay premium in full and not monthly. Agent said Premium Credit cancelled but first payment has been debited from my account. Rang again and agent said she would cancel and return payment but still no correspondence or return of premium

On the first occasion I contacted the company I was promised a call back which didn't materialise. However, when I called back the following day I s[poke to James Taylor who was efficient, polite and seems to have in-depth knowledge of my requiremenmts.

Been with previous insurer for 14 years but due to excessive excess charge and increase insurance charge on our caravan when never made a claim and they were unable to give us another quote , decided to shop around and we are very please with quote and the prompt service we received in dealing with our requirements. .

I was struggling to get a competitive price for my Lodge and then I remembered I had a property in Bulgaria with Intasure, the advisor was really helpful, knowledgable, patient and I got the feeling they really wanted to help me out and nothing was any bother. Very impressed with Intasure! 👏👏👏

Really good service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had one policy with you and have now placed a second. Every contact has been excellent and I deal in financial services so am aware of the legal and regulatory requirements. Thank you for a great service .

In the end I succeeded in renewing my insuance, but complicated by the fact that the documents you sent had 2 different references numbers on, which were not exactly the documents on the screen of the person I was speaking to. This was clear if you listen to the telephone recording.

Good service. However, I did request a hard copy of my insurance documents and was told this would be put in the post 1st class immediately. I am still waiting.

I have used Intasure for several years for holiday home cover and intend to do so in the future so long as they maintain their competitive pricing. I have found the experience good, particularly with their call centre staff.
