“Good attention to detail and three separate phone calls to help me with the switch in policy that I needed at my renewal. Very helpful staff on the phone and the premium I ended up paying was a fair price.”

“A very useful telephone discussion to support my online enquiry. I was given a thorough explanation of the offer and the agent was polite and engaging. My only negative comment would be the terms and conditions which the agents are required to read through from a script. Like most people, although it is a necessary feature, I find extremely frustrating, can’t wait for it to finish and at the end of it all, I had no idea what was said.”

“getting the quote was simple and straightforward, and accepting it also. Don't think it is the cheapest around but it appears comprehensive. The portal is apparently a problem, still down after several days”

“Experience to date has been fine,however, as with all insurances the proof of the pudding is when a claim has been submitted. Fortuneately we have not had to submit a claim so cannot comment on how that experience would be.”

“I was very pleased with the help I got on the phone when making a few changes on renewal of my policy. The person on the other end of the phone line was very efficient and helpful. I am more than happy with my Intasure house and contents policy. The only issue I have with Intasure is the unnecessary annual increases in premium. As with other insurance companies t is sad that loyalty does not pay.”
