“Able to cover my insurance requirements without any fuss or difficult questions. One thing I would change is the way you show the price without endorsements or tax added ? It makes no sense. And give me the best price don't wait for me to start looking elsewhere then start chipping away at the price.”

“Insurance for holiday homes isn't thick on the ground but I chose Intasure although it was slightly more expensive than a competitor because of the cover it gives and the ease of using the website. Having said that I would strongly recommend that anyone obtaining this insurance, carefully read through the documents to verify its accuracy. I found an error and sent it back for correction. It was promptly returned with a different error so back it went. This is a minor issue as long as you read the cover thoroughly. The service is good and always very courteous. I recommend Intasure.”

“I have a number of policies for Landlord insurance with Intasure. I always find them very helpful and proactive. As a busy person it's great to get a reminder a month in advance and a follow up call just before renewal too! thanks.”

“Easy to contact and to renew my policy. All information was provided clearly. The only downside was that there has been a large price increase since last year despite having three properties insured with Intasure and not having made any claims.”

“All ok except the 11.4% proposed increase was too high and only when I challenged it was a discount applied. Not an honourable way to operate.”

“Renewal was straightforward, with quick response on the phone. These days most insurers seem automatically to hike up the premium at renewal, but I was pleased that this wasn't the case with Intasure. The person dealing with the renewal was polite and efficient. Perhaps some of the questions could have been dispensed with, because no policy changes were required.”

“I feel strongly that Intasure should not leave it to long-standing customers to negotiate a price. Older people are less likely to do so. Loyal customers should be given a discount automatically. The administrative charge is shocking! £55 for sending an email once a year? All insurers should bear in mind the point of insurance: we pay premiums on the understanding that if something goes wrong we will get help. The use of t&c to subvert this principle is just mean. Several years ago I did recommend Intasure to a friend but I’m not sure I would do so now because of the relentless rise in premiums (several times inflation at nearly 16% in two years in my case).”
