“Contacted Intasure to buy buildings insurance for our new holiday home purchased in Canary Islands. Very quick and efficient service speaking to a very knowledgeable representative (Marina), meant we had insurance purchased in less than an hour. No problems at all.”

“I have dealt with Intasure for several years and been pleased with their services. I have had to claim in the past which was dealt with well. After insuring with another company due to price difference I have come back to Intasure for peace of mind and more comprehensive cover that i discovered wasn't included by the cheaper policy I had used last year..”

“Everthing turned out OK in the end but only after I had to make 2 lenghty international calls. I made to requests on line which should have got me the quotation I needed but these were ignored even after 2 follow up emails”

“Hassle-free, straight-forward and a competitive price. Would have been 5 stars except for one thing; the agent arranged to call at 11.30 the next day to discuss home insurance (on a different property), I waited in but nobody has called yet.”

“got a quote on line, called through to the helpline, was taken through the details. Some of the details hadn't been dragged across correctly so had to wait on a call back. Honestly, i didn't expect to hear again as the quote was really competitive. They called me back the next day and the quote had increased slightly, however was still a huge saving. Great customer service.”

“The telephone process was clear to understand. The quote was competitive and the printed documents again clear and precise. The only thing I had problems with, was the portal for registration to change my password. Tried three times without success and gave up!”

“Joe was very pleasant. He helped me through the process and found the right cover for our complicated holiday home situation. Until we have a claim I can’t really give a 5 star rating but intasure seems the best to deal with, after trying so many.”

“Excellent service overall. Understood what I needed and provided the right insurance for me. Only reason I didn’t give a very good was that I was told I would get a call back in 10-15 minutes at around 10am. I didn’t get the call back until around 5pm. Not a problem if I’d been told that in the first place. However I still think it was a very good service”
