“Intasure have always impressed me with their efficiency and service. You don't have to listen to loads of options on the telephone and they have all your details to hand in seconds and ask only relevant and sensible questions. I find them a bit on the expensive side but as the only British based insurer I have been able to find for a Turkish property they perhaps lack serious competition that would suppress their premiums. I've never had to claim so cannot comment on their performance in such a situation.”

“The conversation had with the Intasure representative was very thorough and we covered all aspects of the insurance that could invalidate any claims (such as distance of Spanish apartment from beach, whether it is located above a Commercial premises , water leak cover if flat unoccupied for 60 days, etc). I think its very difficult to answer all the intricate details they want (ie. flat roof area percentages , etc ) but at least the public liability was good at £5m (Spanish insurance companies usually only cover to 150k euros). The cover was a lot more expensive than I expected so I will be looking for a better deal the next time”

“The girl who did our quote was lovely. Really professional when she had to be but with a sense of humour also. I thought the whole process was a bit long winded towards the end but never the less still purchased the policy.”
