“Have been with Intasure for quite a few years now and luckily, to date, have not had to make a claim. I have given 4 stars due to their efficiency and friendly manner (I renew by phone each year) and they are a pleasure to deal with, though of course I cannot comet on how well they handle claims.”

“I have been a customer for many years & know exactly when my policy needs renewing. Usually I am contacted 3 weeks in advance & then chased if I do not respond. This year, I received an email Tuesday lunchtime, followed by another that same afternoon saying that, as I had not responded, the company had tried to telephone me. As I was not there, a message was left. We were away for a 24 hour “holiday” & I take a very dim view of being bombarded in this way. The following day, I dealt with a very helpful woman & my policy was renewed to my satisfaction.”
