“I telephoned on behalf of my wife, Mary, to arrange insurance for a static van in Brittany and found Julian very friendly and helpful. He obviously had much information and many caveats to explain, but was quick to process the matter. I was particularly impressed by the availability of the key fobs. However, when I received the email I was taken aback by the amount I needed to read and to copy and have still to finish this. Tom Bray PS Nothing has been delivered yet apart from the email; but I could not amend the following section”

“I dealt with a lovely lady called Julie. She is very human and despite the fact that I could buy the same insurance £60 cheaper elsewhere...she managed to get me £10 off and she is so nice I just stayed with Intasure. There is a great deal to be said for a real person, whom I can understand and who is friendly. Thanks”

“I would prefer to renew online, there was a link in the email but it didn't lead to a page where I could renew. Apart from that it worked well as the office called when they said they would and I would have forgotten otherwise, so thank you”

“From the first tentative online enquiry, the speed and professional response was excellent. The service and patience from Shamil was really positive. The premium was competitive and suited our needs, having been able to scrutinise the policy content in detail prior to purchasing. Intasure is well worth considering for overseas home ownership insurance.”

“First time I rang, I was given information I wasn't even aware of so a really useful conversation. Subsequently went back and bought my insurance. Really quite straight forward. With both phone calls the customer service representatives were very helpful with totally practical advice. Great service. I would now imagine, you might say why not a "Very Good"; simply put I never generally give that as there will always be room for improvement.”
